Our Mission: Reframe "The Change"

We created MiM to be an agent of change - simply put, to give control back to women as their bodies change. We want a new model for perimenopause and menopause, one with better sleep, better sex, better connection, better self-esteem, more energy, and more joy. Wellness that's easy and within reach, not aspirational. We all deserve it.

We Are MiM.

A note from our CEO: I’ve been there

[Personal experience, first person intro; this is drafted for video w brief text bio TK to accompany] "We're a generation that has taught our children that they have ownership of their bodies, that their bodies deserve respect. We tell them that big changes, like puberty or pregnancy, are overwhelming sometimes but ultimately bring us to uniquely beautiful and powerful stages of life. We ensure they have access to information and professional care to ease their way. I co-founded MiM because I saw women in midlife - me, my friends and family - grasping for the same sense of compassion for themselves that we've already demanded for our younger people. We live in a world still where the education and medical resources available to people seeking help with perimenopause and menopause aren't good enough. Full stop. And we are here to change it."

Menopause is Normal. So Why Stay Silent?

Our generation has removed the stigma from things that are a part of nearly all women's lives, from menstruation to sexual intimacy. By 2025, one billion people worldwide are expected to reach menopause....and we're still uncomfortable talking about it? The medical team behind MiM is made of women dedicated to helping other women, and we're committed to making menopause care as shame-free and accessible as period products and prenatal vitamins.
