HOW DO I TAKE IT AND WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?

Dissolve one powder stick in 8 to 12 ounces of water. To maximize preventative support, consume On Tract daily and following sex or vigorous exercise.

On Tract should be taken regularly at least 3 times per week for ongoing UTI prevention. If you are sexually active and/or or prone to frequent or severe UTIs, take one packet serving daily. We do not recommend consuming more than three powder sticks within 24 hours. On Tract may be taken with or without food, at any time of day. It can be used along with any of MiM's menopause care products as part of your complete routine.
